Last updated October 14, 2026. Zizz is a one-person coaching business run by Anthony Zizzadoro in Salt Lake City, Utah.
If you apply: what you put in the application form (name, email, race goals, training history, anything else you share).
If you're a client: your training plan, race results, workout notes, and anything you tell me about how training is going — including injury and health notes you choose to share so I can coach you safely.
If you connect Strava: your activities (date, distance, time, pace splits, heart rate, elevation, activity name and description). I never post to your Strava. Your Strava data is shown only to you and your coach (you agree to that when you connect), is never sold or shared, and is never sent to an AI service or used to train one. Disconnect any time in the app (Account → Connected apps) or at strava.com → Settings → My Apps.
If you connect Garmin: with your permission in Garmin Connect, your completed activities (date, distance, time, laps/splits, pace, heart rate, elevation) and daily health summaries (sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, stress, steps). If you allow it, the planned workouts I write can be sent to your Garmin device. You can turn any of this off in Garmin Connect at any time.
If you connect COROS or Oura: the same kinds of activity and recovery data, with your permission in their apps.
If you set up Apple Health: the steps, sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate your iPhone sends once a day.
If you log meals: the foods and numbers you save. Meal photos are used once to estimate the meal and are not stored.
If you message @zizzbrahh on Instagram: the conversation and your public profile handle, handled through Instagram and the DM tools I use to keep up with messages.
Instagram account insights: aggregate performance numbers for my own account (reach, followers, post engagement). No data about individual viewers.
Visiting this site: a daily count of views per page and which site sent the visit (e.g. instagram.com). No cookies, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
To coach you: write your plan, compare what you ran to what was planned, and adjust. To answer messages and run the business. That's it.
I don't sell your data. I don't share it with advertisers. Your data isn't visible to other clients. None of your data — and nothing from Garmin, ever — is used to train, evaluate, or improve AI models.
Two optional features use an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API, which does not train on this data): estimating a meal from a photo you choose to send, and helping me draft my own emails and notes. Data from Garmin, and anything derived from it, is never sent to an AI service. Meal photos are only processed when you tap “Snap a meal”; stop using it any time, or ask me to switch AI features off for your account.
In a private database (Supabase, US region) behind a login only I hold, with per-row access rules so a client could only ever see their own records. Hosting is on Vercel. Those two providers store and serve the data for me and nothing else; no other third party receives your Garmin data. Payments, if any, run through the payment processor and never touch my database.
While you're a client, and for up to 12 months after, so we can pick back up. Then deleted. Leads who never became clients are deleted after 12 months of no contact.
Email anthonyzizzadoro@gmail.com with what you want — a copy (export), a correction, or “Delete my data” — and the name or handle you used. I'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email. To withdraw consent and stop sharing immediately: disconnect in the app (Account → Connected apps), or revoke “Zizz” at strava.com → Settings → My Apps or in Garmin Connect → Connected Apps; your connection is deleted the moment the service tells me.
Same email. A person reads it — me.
